Where do your olives come from?

All our olives come from our olive groves located in the municipality of Usini, Sardinia, an area historically dedicated to the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Is the oil really 100% Italian?

Yes, absolutely. The olives are grown, harvested, and processed in Sardinia, at our oil mill in Usini. We never use imported olives or oils.

What does "cold pressed" mean?

This means that during oil extraction, the temperature of the olive paste never exceeds 27°C. This allows the oil's nutritional and aromatic substances to remain intact.

Is your oil organic?

Yes, we produce according to certified organic farming criteria: no pesticides, herbicides, or chemicals. Only respect for the land and for those who consume its products.

How should extra virgin olive oil be stored?

Olive oil should be protected from light, heat, and air. We recommend storing it in a cool place, in dark bottles or in stainless steel.

What does your oil taste like?

It has an intense and harmonious taste, with herbaceous notes and a pleasant balance between bitter and spicy, typical of Sardinian varieties and cold processing.
